Block Funds

Block Funds is a fund sponsor specializing in the creation of wealth for our individual and institutional partners through sound real estate investment management.   By targeting institutional-grade assets with strong returns, we deliver optimal cash flows, favorable financing terms and solid appreciation to our clients.  Block Fund I and II have raised a combined $25 million of equity, which has been leveraged to acquire more than $100 million of quality commercial investment assets.  Block Fund III is raising $50 million of equity that will allow us to acquire an additional $175 million in properties.
