Block Real Estate Services, LLC’s financial services group offers our clients a wide array of services aimed at bringing together investment capital and real estate assets. A high level of financial engineering, interpretation and presentation, structuring of lease and investment transactions, property tax review and traditional mortgage placement are all provided in order to meet the financial goals of both our user and investor clients.

We work closely with all types of financial institutions—from banks to life insurance companies, from pension fund advisors to REITs— in order to accomplish their goals. Those most responsible for our clients’ success are the members of our Financial Services team; a group of creative individuals with exceptional vision and skills.
