Allen J. Block Scholarship Award – Lewis White Real Estate Center
Block Real Estate Services, LLC and the Lewis White Real Estate Center have formed a scholarship fund to support students wishing to pursue a real estate career. The fund will award one or more scholarships to prospective recipients who demonstrate noteworthy accomplishments such as community service, extracurricular activity, commitment to a career in real estate and a GPA of at least 3.0.

Allen J. Block CCIM Scholarship – Kansas City Local CCIM Chapter
The Allen J. Block CCIM scholarship for the Kansas City local CCIM chapter is funded by the Allen and Gloria Block Family Foundation in conjunction with Block Real Estate Services, LLC (BRES) and the Kansas City local chapter of CCIM. The scholarship was established to recognize Allen Block’s 70 years in the commercial real estate business and his dedication to his local CCIM chapter. Allen was extremely passionate about his local CCIM chapter and was always “giving back” to the organization. This annual scholarship will be used over a five year term to award annually a young person who is interested in furthering their real estate career by acquiring the CCIM designation.
