Bruce Johnson joined Block Real Estate Services, LLC (then Block & Company, Inc Realtors) in 2009 as Vice President. Bruce is a lifelong Kansas City resident and has been actively involved in office leasing and sales since 1990. Bruce specializes in the sales and leasing of office properties, tenant representation, and real estate investment advisory services throughout the metropolitan Kansas City area.
Prior to joining Block, Bruce was affiliated with Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate for 18 years, where he was awarded the Salesperson of the Year Award in 2000 and was a member of the Prudential President's Circle for Sales Excellence, nationwide and Prudentials Leading Edge Society. In 2005, Bruce obtained the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, held byOnly 6 percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide.
Professionally, Bruce is active in CCIM on both the local level as well as the national level as member of CCIM Partners. He is a member of Kansas City Area Regional Association of Realtors. Bruce is licenced as a broker in both Missouri and Kansas.
