  • AMO - Accredited Management Organization.
  • BOMA - The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International Foundation is an independent, tax-exempt organization (501(c) 3) dedicated to sponsoring and encouraging innovative research and educational activities that advance the commercial real estate industry and profession.
    
    
  • CCIM - A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.
    
    
  • CFA - First awarded in 1963, the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter has become known as the gold standard of professional credentials within the global investment community. Investors recognize the CFA designation as the definitive standard for measuring competence and integrity in the fields of portfolio management and investment analysis.
    
    
  • CLS - The Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designation is a certification program available to experienced brokers and salespersons specializing in shopping center leases. The program is available through though ICSC.
    
    
  • CPM - Certified Property Manager is a credentialed membership program offered through IREM.
    
    
  • ICSC - the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. The principal aims of ICSC are to advance the development of the shopping center industry and to establish the individual shopping center as a major institution in the community.
    
    
  • IREM - The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has been the source for education, resources, information, and membership for real estate management professionals for more than 75 years. IREM promotes ethical real estate management practices through its credentialed membership programs, including the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification, the Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) certification and the Accredited Management Organization (AMO) accreditation.  These esteemed credentials certify competence and professionalism for those engaged in real estate management.  In addition, IREM offers Associate, Student and Academic memberships.
