Block & Company was recently awarded a Capstone Award from the Kansas City Business Journal in the Industrial division. College Crossing Business Park was presented with the third place honor from the program.

College Crossing Business Park is a 34-acre mixed use office/warehouse/light industrial park in Lenexa, Kansas. Utilizing tilt-up concrete construction, with interesting reveals and an eye-catching paint scheme, the design team has created a project that goes beyond the typical utilitarian big-box warehouse. Buildings C & D join building A & B in the first 2 phases of the master planned park development. The park will eventually include a total of eight buildings.

College Crossing features irrigated landscape plantings, pedestrian walks and accessible parking. The buildings feature 6" reinforced concrete floors, 24' clear height, 1200 amp electrical services and dual fiber routes. The attention to detail is apparent in every aspect of the design and construction. College Crossing Business Park is strategically located near the intersection of Interstate 35 and 435, just off College Boulevard on Strang Line Road.
