Corporate Medical Plaza, located at the Northeast corner of I-435 and Nall in Overland Park, Kansas, has begun construction on Building III and completion is expected by the fall of 2007. The building will be approximately 60,000 square feet and will consist of three stories with covered parking below. Walton Construction previously built the first two structures and will also continue work on the third and final building.

Building I, approximately 40,000 square feet, was completed in January of 2006. Some key tenants include Kansas City Urology Care and Laboratory Corporation of America. Kansas City Bone and Joint will be joining in January 2007.

Building II, also completed earlier this year, is roughly 60,000 square feet and has available space. A few current tenants consist of Advanced Lipo Dissolve, Carondelet Orthopaedic Surgeons, Sports Rehabilitation & Physical Therapy and Hanger Medical Equipment.
