Vince Johnston Named CFO of the Year |
 Congratulations to Vince Johnston on being named CFO of the Year in the small private company category. Vince was 1 of 3 finalists in his category in the Kansas City Business Journal’s 3rd annual program. He and the other 1st place winners were recognized at an awards luncheon today at the Overland Park Sheraton. 350 people were in attendance to honor the area’s top financial executives. This program recognizes the area’s top financial executives for their roles as key contributors to the strategic vision of their companies and for their performance as corporate financial stewards.
According to the Business Journal, "This year’s CFO of the Year award winners know it takes more than just a hunch to run a successful business. Melding visionary leadership with meticulous systems and processes, they provide the tools that advance their companies’ missions and maximize their bottom lines. They don’t cower from risk but provide insight to carefully manage it, turning wishful thinking into workable action."
