On July 7, 2009, three principals of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors, brothers Kenneth Block, SIOR, CCIM, Stephen Block and Michael Block, CPM, separated from Block & Company, Inc. Realtors to form Block Real Estate Services, LLC.

Since their father, Allen Block started Block & Company in 1940, the company evolved into one of the Midwest’s leading, full-service real estate organizations, ranked as the largest commercial real estate company in the Kansas City area by the Business Journal for the past four years.
